We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition you received them

Unused and unrigged

In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return authorization. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error made by Loopee Windsurfing.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Manufacturer Return Locations
Certain products may be required to be returned directly to the manufacturer, distributor, or designated service center rather than to Loopee Windsurfing.
If applicable, Loopee Windsurfing will provide the customer with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Customers must not return products to a manufacturer, distributor, or service center without prior authorization from Loopee Windsurfing.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Modified Orders & Product Availability
Due to the nature of the windsurfing industry, inventory levels may change and products may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If a customer agrees to proceed with a modified order after being notified of an unavailable product, size, color, model year, or specification, the modified order shall be considered accepted and shall be subject to this standard return policy.
Acceptance of a modified order does not constitute grounds for return solely because the originally requested item was unavailable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Actual outbound shipping costs paid by Loopee Windsurfing will be deducted from any approved refund, regardless of the shipping amount charged at checkout or whether free shipping was offered.

Customers remain responsible for all return shipping costs.

Other shipping-related expenses
Customers will receive an email confirmation once a refund has been processed.
While most refunds are processed quickly, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or payment provider to post the refund to your account after it has been issued.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@loopeewindsurfing.com.
Exchanges
Need a different item?
The fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.
Please contact info@loopeewindsurfing.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and will be subject to this Refund Policy.
Special order items and products ordered specifically for a customer may not be cancelled once the order has been placed with the supplier.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
Failure to report shipping damage within a reasonable period after delivery may affect our ability to process a claim with the carrier.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused after shipment, returned as undeliverable, or rejected by the customer are subject to all actual outbound shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, and applicable handling charges.
These amounts will be deducted from any refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products ordered specifically for a customer

Products damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or normal wear
Please inspect all products before rigging, mounting, assembling, or using them.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, including shipments to Canada, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, and any other import-related charges are non-refundable and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
