How do I return an item?

We are very happy with and stand behind all the products we sell and are confident that you will love them as well. However, if you are not happy the product you purchased and would like to return it, we do accept returns on brand new condition shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase, and will fully refund the purchase price. It is important to note that shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your total refund, and any order offered with special shipping charges (free shipping) is subject to a deduction of our actual outbound shipping costs. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping charges are paid by customer. Cancellations are accepted for orders that are cancelled before the item has been shipped. In case you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately at 1.202-531-1100

Non-returnable items:

  • Assembled, mounted, rigged and/or modified items. Inspect all parts and confirm condition is acceptable and that all parts are present in the shipment prior to assembly/mounting/rigging. Rigged sails, boards, masts, booms, extensions are not returnable.
  • Items that are out of their original packaging, shipping boxes, or cartons.
