Shipping Information

Most orders ship within 24 hours from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Most small Items are shipped from our Maryland warehouse. Most sails, boards, booms and masts are shipped directly from the distributor.  Orders are delivered via FedEx or USPS , depending on package size, weight and delivery location.. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse.

What is a Direct from Distributor Item?

A direct from distributor item is a product we offer on our site, but is shipped directly from the distributor.

Our shipping methods and costs vary according to an items total cost ans size. Orders $500 and up will require a signature upon delivery. If items are out of stock you will be notified by our Customer Service department.

International Shipping Information
Please email info@loopeewindsurfing.com. In order to supply you with an accurate quote, please indicate what you will be ordering and provide a complete shipping address. *For international orders you are responsible for all import duties and taxes your country may charge.

Damages
It is very important that you inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damages to the box or, more importantly, to your board, you must note any damage on your bill of lading. This allows us to make a claim with the shipper. If damages are not noted on your bill of lading at time of delivery, we may not be able to make a claim. If you have received a damaged shipment please contact us by phone 202.531.1100 or email within 48 hours of delivery to start the claim process. Claims will not be accepted after 48 hours. In the unlikely case your board is catastrophically damaged you may refuse the shipment and you will be fully refunded once we receive your order back from the shipper.

Minor Damages
Customers who experience minor damages during shipping may have their board repaired. We will pay for the repair up to 10% of the board’s cost. To qualify, we must receive digital photos of the damage and a quote for the repair ahead of time.

Boards damaged from shipping can be refused from shipper:
All damage claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of shipment. Damage claims must be documented with pictures and unused. Board claims will not be accepted if boards have been ridden.
